PDX Bus is a free application that displays arrival times for public transport in Portland, Oregon.
This little application uses the Internet to quickly access TriMet's tracking data displaying arrival times perfectly formatted for the iPhone.
This was developed as a volunteer effort to provide a service for TriMet riders. The developer has no affiliation with TriMet.

Version 3.7, a minor update, went live yesterday
Version 3.7 has a couple of small changes.
(1) The rail map has been updated to include the Free Rail Zone.
(2) Fixed some odd behavior that happens when location services are switched off.
(3) Tweaked some UI text in places.
Using trip planner the result I get is " NO ROUTE Network error, please try again". I have tried again and again, but have gotten the same response with some quite simple requests. This (after downloading the new version) is the 1st time I have had any trouble with this wonderful tool, PDXBus. I have deleted the app and reloaded it and to no avail.

I have confirmed that this issue does not occur for every user, as I can tell that the simulator is still working and my own iPhone is also working.
Are you using an iPod touch or an iPhone? If iPhone, can you confirm if this happens with WiFi? If you go to the "Tips, Links and About" item on the first page, you will see a "Check Network Connection". Can you tell me what happens on that page?
I see it! It is happening right now. I did some debugging - the trip planner from TriMet is down, when I look at the results I get:
"Service Temporarily Unavailable
The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to maintenance downtime or capacity problems. Please try again later. Apache/2.2.3 (Red Hat) Server at developer.trimet.org Port 80"
